No trip to the Keswick Country House Hotel

is complete without a trip to the men's room to view their antique toilets.

Oh, so that's we are?

Last minute pics our last morning at the Keswick Country House Hotel.

I have grown accustomed to sheep on the roads, but I am very happy I am not the one driving.

Another thing universal to Z3s apparently is swinging at least one extra time around the traffic circle on a Z3 Ride to see your friends again

There's no pics of me saying "Goodbye" because I didn't.
Only "See you again."
I hoped to see Tim at Homecoming 2002 in 3 months, and so I did.
Switching to Lody's 2.8- thanks to his willingness to drop me off at Heathrow on his way home was faimilar and still different.

First, a stop for petrol...

One of the great things about being Lody's passenger is the abundant supply of snack foods. Crisps and chocolate bars.

The spedometer looks pretty exciting until you realize this is kilometers and not miles. Here Lody is driving his left hand drive in a right hand drive country.

But look at this- even though it is a left hand drive, he still gets punished with that diminuative glove box!

The airport is further than we thought.

I crack up the signs in England. Sorry about the dirty windshield.

If we had a sign like this in New York City we'd all pull over and wait for a therapist.

What is this? A Z3 with their top up on a sunny day in England?
Not one of ours.

And then, just as I was about to make a clean getaway, I turn my head and let go of the trolley holding my duffel bag at the airport.
It rolls right into Lody's rear fender leaving a finger-sized dent on the crease.
AUGH!
Well Lody is amazing, we fixed his car up over the Internet and all is well again.
THANK YOU TOM AND DAI AND THE UK Z3S FOR A GREAT TIME!
