Then I ran into one of my homies, Bruce from Westchester, NY. Bruce recognized me from my web pages and introduced me to Diana from Joisey, who is a champion in her class (help Mike!) Jon T writes: The woman with the blue Camaro is Diane Lapusnak - she's in the Northern NJ Region of the SCCA quite often. In 2001, she came in 2nd in F Stock, which is mostly Camaros, Firebirds, and Mustangs that aren't heavily modified. In the SCCA, they do allow a Ladies' class that's seperate from the rest, but she chose not to run in it. She is a very good driver, a LOT better than me! Mario writes: Nice to see Bruce, Diane, and Mike still running in F stock. I used to run with those guys in a '89 5.7L Camaro Iroc Z I used to own. Let me tell ya, those guys are fast. That blue Camaro Z28 used to belong to Pat Salerno. He won the F Stock National Championship several years ago with it. Pat also instructs in the Evolution Auto-cross school as does Bruce I think. I'm gonna look her up when I get home. We talked a little about how they felt while in Kansas competing on September 11. It was also her birthday. So that's 3 new RoadsterGals for the Z3 Girls pages- all blondes btw- Laurie has good company!
